It’s Political Correctness gone MAD!
I swear to the Goddess the next person who says this in my presence is going to have their head ripped off by me.
Firstly, stop fucking using words like ‘mad’, ‘crazy’ and ‘insane’ to mean extreme. It’s ableist and extremely offensive to people with mental illness.
We’re learning more and more about diversity as a society (even if we’re ignoring a lot of what we learn). It’s becoming less and less acceptable to be a bigot. This might be a new thing, but there’s nothing ‘far out’ or extreme about it. It’s BASIC HUMAN DECENCY.
Ignore the term political correctness and focus on the intent, which is respect, which we ALL deserve. When you say you don’t want to be politically correct, you’re saying that all people who aren’t like you (which is probably the majority of the population) don’t matter.
